How do I reset my Back Office password?

If you’ve forgotten your password or are unable to log in, please contact our support team.


Provide your username (the email or ID linked to your merchant account), and our team will issue a temporary password. Once you log in using the temporary password, you’ll be prompted to set a new password of your choice.


For security reasons, password resets can only be handled through our support team.
